We have been in the home building industry since 1989 and are proud to say that we operate under the same two owners that started the business together.  The owners have 37 years as a Contractor and 30 years in Real Estate business.  The combination speaks for itself.   Each of the owners are still involved in the day to day aspects and decisions at Reliance Homes. Reliance Homes does however operate as a family with employees that have been with the company over 17 years and our average is10 years.  Most of our subcontractors have been with us since the beginning. It is the Reliance Homes Family building your home. We take pride in the hard work it takes to create quality homes and communities.
