Building Process

  1. Select a lot and a floor plan.
  2. Make the required $100 earnest money deposit.
  3. Meet with mortgage lender and complete loan application.
  4. Get loan approval.
  5. Have preconstruction meeting with builder and make the required construction deposit. (See Sales Agent for amount)
  6. Have color selection meeting.
  7. The construction of the home.
  8. Final inspection of home and buyer orientation meeting.
  9. Closing, recording of documents and buyer move in.

At Reliance Homes, continuing product improvement is an important policy. The builder reserves the right to change plans, materials, and policies without prior notice.
