When we build a home we take everything you say and use it to make changes necessary to keep up with the always-changing trends. We are constantly adding options, upgrades, materials and even adding entirely new plans so that we make customizing as easy as possible.

There are new innovations in the home montitoring systems that we make available with promos that can include up to 2 years of monitoring. Make sure you ask about all the packages we have available!

We understand hard work and if you are interested in putting on your tool belt and getting involved, we will reward your sweat equity with credits that could actually apply to either your down payment or loan total. There are certain qualifications but we do all we can to make it as easy as possible for you.
