Work Equity
We are one of the few builders left offering a "Work for down Program". With all
of the changes that have happened to the lending industry it has become more
difficult to obtain financing. FHA loans require 3.5% of the buyers own money as
down payment money. this money cannot be borrowed. However, with our "Work for
down" work equity program it is possible to earn most of this money. we can get
you into a home with little money out of pocket.
We allow you, the home buyer, to do the painting, landscaping and tile work
on your own home. We then get to use the money you
earned by doing the work and
apply it towards your down payment. For many first time home buyers it will
allow you to get into your new home without the wait of
saving up the down payment.
We will still require a $500 Earnest Money Deposit and a $2,000 Construction
Deposit. This $2,500 Deposit will also go towards your down payment.
